What does it cost?+
Invoices and UPI payment requests use no credits. Other work uses credits, and new accounts start with a 7-day trial of Plus for $5. Paid plans are priced in rupees.
Can it answer my customers' calls or WhatsApp?+
Not yet. Answering calls needs an Indian business number, and WhatsApp has its own rules for AI; both are coming. Today Sochen can call US businesses for you, and you can talk to it by phone.
Is my business data safe?+
Your bank details are stored encrypted, anything that pays, books or sends waits for your approval, and a Freeze switch stops everything at once.
Can my staff use it?+
One login per account for now. Shared business accounts for a team are on the way.
