Questions
What is a credit?+
One credit is worth $0.01. Every turn costs what the model charges us for it, times two, rounded up to whole credits, with a minimum of one. A quick question on Flash is about 1 credit; a multi-step job is about 11 credits on Flash or 30 on Claude Sonnet 5.
What happens when I run out?+
New jobs wait until you have credits again; a job already running may finish a few more steps first. Free credits refill every Monday (UTC), paid credits refill when your plan renews, and you can add a top-up at any time.
Do unused credits carry over?+
Free credits reset each week and monthly plan credits reset at renewal, so they do not pile up. Top-up credits never expire.
Which models can I use on Free?+
Gemini 3.6 Flash, which handles most everyday jobs well. Plus and Pro unlock every model, including Claude Opus 5 and GPT-6 Astra.
Who handles the payment?+
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. It processes the payment, applies the right tax for your country, and sends the invoice.
Can I switch plans?+
Move from Plus to Pro at any time; you pay the prorated difference. To move down, cancel and choose the smaller plan when your period ends.
